Hilary Duff says the long-standing rivalry between herself and Lindsay Lohan is still ongoing. The feud began in 2002 after both starlets dated Aaron Carter. "There's so much that's been put between her and me," Duff says. "If I saw her, I'd never say hi because it's so awkward."
