Weight of tiara too much for Miss Universe

The newly-crowned Miss Universe collapsed during a press conference last night after the ceremony and was rushed off the stage. "She's okay. She's fine," a pageant rep said. "She got dizzy. It's very hot up here. Her dress is tight - as you could see it was beaded and heavy. She passed out." The rep also said the pageant winner "had plenty to eat today," when asked.
