Brit finally sells NYC pad

Britney Spears has finally unloaded her NYC apartment after several years of trying to sell it. The Toxic singer lowered her price earlier this year and reportedly sold it for $4 million. The four-level luxury property is located in the prestigious Silk Building, where former tenants have included Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, Cher and Keith Richards.
